During the school holidays, we meet with the youth and young people in our church who are on holiday. We meet on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, and involve ourselves in various activities.

On Tuesdays, we meet the boys and girls together for joint sessions and Bible Study. We call it Story Tuesday, and we use the Simply The Story method to study Bible stories.

On Thursdays, we have what we call Real Time. During these times, the boys and girls meet separately, and have someone of their gender address a specific agenda that is particular to either the boys or the girls. These are special bonding times for us all, and we enjoy them greatly as well as learn a lot during these times.

We also plan for retreats, outings, hikes, and visits such as to Children’s Homes, and participate in these activities together.
