PASSION WITHOUT BUTS by Anngladys Gichuhi

Passion without buts….I was excited to  have tha phrase come to my mind. It gave me a bit of a soft smile as I thought about both how it soundedwhat it meant. I looked back to my “younger” days when I was unstoppable….and I realized that those were some of the best days I have lived. You know, when you go where you dream of going without fearing what people will think, say or do….knowing that achieving your goal is the one conviction that drivesenergizes you…

Well, I had a morning devotion of a kind recently,I have decided to share it with you. Passion Without  Buts is my E-book gift to you this week. I sure hope you enjoy it! You can click to download it here. PASSION WITHOUT BUTS by Anngladys Gichuhi

PROGRESS-What you do matters

Don’t you love it when you make progresssomeone compliments you? Oh it feels so great, I know! But sometimes those compliments don’t come….and it can get weary especially for routine jobs. Something that I have found encouraging to me is to ask myself a few questions.

  1. Is what I am doing making a difference? YES
  2. Is it a positive difference? YES
  3. Has there been an improvement in the past few minutes in this area? YES
  4. Have I therefore contributed something worthy? DEFINITELY YES!!

And so although several things remain to be done, I know that the few Ihave done have been good, that I have contributedparticipated in that item both positivelyconstructively. And it is these small steps that sometimes keep me going when, (cliche), the going gets tough.

MD – KTN (On a light note)

Recently I was going about my business in town (actually, just yesterday!)I met someone who introduced himself to me as the MD of KTN. Well, being in a tiedressed in all black, it was sort of belieavable,…..untill he said that he was the Managing Director of Kenya Tarmacking Network! 🙂 What a way to look at job-hunting….

Have a happy week, won’t you?
