What for patience?

Pancakes, pancakes, pancakes…I could go on this way for really long. When making these sweet smelling, lovely looking, soft delicacies, the cook needs to wait for one side to dry upcook some, before turning it over for the other side to cook as well. If you turn it over too soon, there’s a messy splash, the pancake doesn’t quite get ready, doesn’t taste as well as it otherwise would.
One side needs to be ready, one phase needs to be over, before we can move on to the next, even in our lives. If we are patient, we will indeed reap very good, satisfyingwholesome fruits/results, albeit it taking a longer time. If we don’t wait, we may as well grudgingly chew away the consequences of our haste. What do we really want?
